In 2018, Toastmasters International rolled out a new and improved curriculum to all of it's clubs and their members. This new curriculum which would be called Toastmasters Pathways replaced the booklets that members previously used to navigate through the club and complete goals.

With the implementation of Pathways as the member curriculum, the Toastmasters experience became significantly more customized to each individual member. Members can chose specific skillets they wish to polish through Toastmasters, complete activities other than speeches for goal completion credits, visually track their pathway progress and more!
